Office Policies

Kirby-Smith Psych Services is dedicated to patients 18 years old or older.

Prior to scheduling a new intake appointment, a brief phone consultation will be completed with you to assess your concerns.

All new intake paperwork is sent electronically and must be completed 48 hours in advance or your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Office Hours

Appointments & Cancellations

With the exception of emergencies, it is expected that you keep your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment, it is necessary that you advise the office at least 24 hours in advance. Your consideration in this matter will allow me to accommodate other patients who could benefit from an appointment. Please note appointment availability is not immediate.

Payment

Payments are managed through billing websites unless other arragements are discussed in advance.
